Ctsm. Dark Odyssey (Ctsm. Karen Armstrong x Ctsm. Darkness) 'Dark Enough' has surprisingly large flowers with huge flat lips in a black/red/burgundy. It's a small-growing plant and flowers 2-3 times a season. Ctsm. Dark Tale (Donna Wise x Louise Clarke) 'Black Surprise' has flowers so dark that they're hard to see among the dark shadows created by the leaves. Solid black Catasetum breeding has been elusive, but there is tremendous potential here. Will this cross be the perfect genetic combination to unlock the mystery behind pure black Catasetum flowers?
