L'expédition hivernale est maintenant en vigueur pour certaines régions, ce qui pourrait entraîner un léger retard dans le traitement de votre commande.
Nous expédions uniquement si la température est supérieure à -5 °C la nuit et 0 °C le jour. Si les prévisions météorologiques ne prévoient pas de températures favorables à venir, votre commande sera conservée en attente.
Les heatpack sont nécessaires si la température est inférieure à 5°C la nuit et 10 °C le jour. Soyez assuré que nous surveillons la météo et que nous ajusterons les commandes en conséquence au besoin.
