Notes from the breeder:

Aconquija is the name of a town and province in northwestern Argentina, and this grex is the Star of Aconquija.  This cross is modeled after the showy and successful hybrid Bc. Roman Holiday (B. nodosa x C. Chocolate Drop).  C. Chocolate Drop produces impressive heads of waxy red-orange flowers, and B. perrinii ‘SVO’ has an amazing 15 flowers on a single inflorescence.  These should resemble the waxy red-orange flowers of Roman Holiday, but instead of 8-10 blooms, expect the flower count to be more like 13-17.  This cross is showing excellent plant vigor, and these could be really outstanding!
