At Manu's Orchids, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality orchids and ensuring their satisfaction.
All our plants receive lots of love and care and go through an acclimation period and a quarantine before being made available to customers.
Our Healthy Plant Guarantee reflects our confidence in the health and vitality of the plants we offer.
If the health of your plant is not up to our standards, we will at our discretion either send a replacement or issue a store credit.
To submit a claim, simply send us an email at email@example.com within 1 week of receiving your order with the proof of purchase, a description of the issue as well as photos clearly showcasing your concerns.
Never discard a plant before the claim process is completed.
- In person sales are final.
- Any plant that is discounted due to existing conditions.
- Cosmetic damage in transport such as, broken spikes, spent flowers, cracked or scratched leaves, yellowing/dropping of bottom leaves, etc.
- Damage due to improper care.
- Plants that have been transplanted.
- We reserve the right to decline any claims.
Package theft (porch theft) is not covered under the Safe Arrival Guarantee. We provide tracking information for each order and it is the buyers responsibility to follow the tracking and to make the necessary arrangements to ensure someone is present to welcome the plants home as soon as they are delivered.
