Heat packs are required when temperatures are below 10C

In average, 1 heat pack is required for every 2 medium size plants, but this will vary based on the weather forecast, transit time and destination. We insulate the boxes when required (below 4C). For orders containing miniatures, one Heatpack is typically sufficient for up to 4 plants. We will adjust the quantity of Heatpack required and send an invoice or a refund when needed.
