Safe Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee safe arrival of your order, even if the carrier is at fault. Should the plants arrive in not viable condition due to carrier delays or extreme weather conditions, simply document the unboxing of the plants with photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacements to be sent or a store credit at our discretion.

Orchids are shipped out from Monday to Wednesday to avoid any extended delays over the weekend.

All plants are shipped with growing media (except for plants grown without growing media). We take pride in our packaging techniques and use packing materials to prevent movement and minimize any potential damage during transit.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email containing tracking details. This empowers you to monitor the progress of your shipment and make arrangements for its arrival. Please note that in many cases, we generate tracking details before we are actually ready to ship the order, we strongly recommend to register for updates on the carrier’s website.

We take every precaution to ensure that your orchids arrive in pristine condition. However, we are shipping live material and they might require some acclimatization upon arrival. Please unpack them carefully and allow your orchids some time to adjust to their new environment.

Returns are not accepted and all sales are final once fulfilled, but we're dedicated to delivering top-quality orchids. Should you receive an orchid in less-than-satisfactory condition due to shipping damage, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos and a description of the issue, and we'll assess the situation based on our Safe Arrival Guarantee and Healthy Plant Guarantee.

Should you need to modify or cancel your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed for shipping, changes or cancellations might not be feasible. Pre-order or custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled. All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% fee.
