Notes from the breeder:

Mini Blue Star (Lc. Mini Purple x Lc. Cornelia) blooms with 5” coerulea flowers and darker coerulea lips on plants just 6-7” tall. Mini Purple is well known as a quality breeder, and this 4N cultivar has made some great hybrids.  What do we expect from this cross?  The main goals are improving flower color and keeping plant size under 6” tall. An excellent quality of this cross is that flowers will be large compared to the plant stature of this easy-to-grow hybrid.  The reciprocal is SVO 10351. A fantastic opportunity to evaluate the effect of capsule vs. pollen parent.
