Cl. russellianum 'David N.' x Ctsm. Diana's Dots 'SVO'
- Description
SVO 11118 - 3'' pot, Blooming Size.
Notes from the breeder:
Cl. russelliana 'SVO' is exceptionally floriferous. Mature plants produce 2 or 3 inflorescences per bulb, each carrying up to 40-45 flowers! These bloom in the early summer with light green flowers, striped dark green and with an amazing fragrance! Diana's Dots (Ctsm. tigrinum x Ctsm. Orchidglade) has been an impressive hybrid, and it's becoming one of our favorite breeders. It blooms with excellent flower size, shape, color, and count and does so multiple times each season. In the breeding of Diana's Dots you find Ctsm. tigrinum, which is dominant for the shape and placement of its wide petals, creating a full-shaped flower form. We expect tigrinum to improve the shape and orientation of the petals in russelliana. This cross will deliver lots of flowers with good bloom longevity. Colors will be mostly white and light green with a few being darker. Expect spotting too!
