It has taken years to get simultaneous female and male flowers to make this pairing. Ctsm. semicirculatum '32' has 32 flowers, but when the photo was taken it had 28…on a single inflorescence. As the name implies, 'The Best One' has the best shaped flowers and 26 per inflorescence. This breeding is directed toward producing plants with exceptionally high flower count and excellent shape of a species that is very rare in cultivation.
