Winter Shipping

Winter shipping is now in effect, which may lead to delays in the fulfillment of your order. 

We only ship if the weather is above -5C minimum, with daytime temperature above freezing. If the weather forecast has no suitable temperatures ahead, your order will be held until such temperatures are available.

Heatpacks are required if the night time temperature is below 5°C and 10°C daytime. Rest assured we monitor the weather forecast and plan accordingly.
